Accounting note: No individual item COG is allocated. Haul profit = combined net sale proceeds − entire haul purchase cost. Days to break even is based on cumulative net proceeds by sale date, from the haul purchase date. Sales before September 1, 2026 are retained in the database but excluded from all dashboard totals, charts, profit splits, and sold counts. Unlinked items may have sales not yet attributed to their haul.
Master data: Resale Haul Tracker / haul_tracker.sqlite in ChatGPT Library. Live Airtable records load on refresh when connected. Haul edits, completion, skips, and inventory assignments sync to Airtable. The separate legacy new-haul and manual-sale forms still use browser drafts.
